USS Bowfin - WW2 Submarine

The USS Bowfin is a US submarine that was launched in 1942 and operated in the Pacific theatre.  She made some 9 patrols during WW2 and sank or severely damaged a number of Japanese ships.

Visitors to Pearl Harbor can tour the WW2 submarine, see the engine room, torpedo room, mess hall and crew quarters.
